Owner Austin Parent created the design-oriented company as a way to share and bond his passions with his clients and the local community. Parent Home Designs, LLC provides services for both individuals and companies who are seeking to build or remodel a residential home and are in need of schematic or preliminary drawings and/or 3D renderings for their project. Our construction drawings at Parent Home Designs, LLC can be implemented by their builder as a tool to transform their visions and ideas from paper to real life applications.
THE DESIGN PROCESS
Our design process starts with you, the client and is based around your wants and needs for your project. Clients are assisted by the owner, Austin Parent. Who streamlines the design process including design decisions, plan layouts, lot and/or community restrictions, etc. The design process allows for a customized, unique, lifestyle specific plans to be created. Parent Home Designs, LLC's dedication for our clients sense of accomplishment is indisputable throughout the design process.
MEET THE OWNER
AUSTIN PARENT
The start of my career in design began with obtaining dual degrees in both architecture and civil engineering while also achieving a certificate in geomatics. My transition from the educational world to real life application was due to a several month long internship at a licensed architectural firm located in the sandhills. That same firm hired me at the conclusion of my internship. Providing me the role as the firms head CAD designer. The responsibilities I faced included field measurements, production of pricing, permitting, and construction documents. In my time during and after this firm I was privileged have worked closely along side architects, builders, contractors, engineers, surveyors, real estate agents alike. I love the challenges each project presents. Designing around an individuals wants and needs, making their vision into reality, and getting to know what is important to them along the way. My passion remains to be in a homes purpose of its design. To experience the pride and accomplishment someone can feel over something I took a part in creating.
